Initial Psychiatric Evaluation
$200
A one-on-one, up to 60-minute video session where we dive into your health history, current symptoms, set goals, and discuss treatment options.
Follow-Up Appointment
$125
This is typically a 20-30 minute appointment focused on reviewing medications, assessing your symptoms and treatment response, and making any necessary adjustments to your treatment plan.

Emergencies
Simmons Psychiatry is not an emergency or crisis service.
If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or crisis, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
You may also call or text 988 to connect with the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline for immediate crisis support.
Cancellations and Missed Appointments
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, are subject to a $100 fee, which will be automatically charged to the card on file.
Repeated missed appointments or late cancellations may affect your ability to remain an active client of the practice.
Confidentiality and Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. All services are provided in accordance with applicable HIPAA privacy and security requirements.
Your health information will only be disclosed with your authorization, except when disclosure is permitted or required by law, including circumstances involving a serious safety concern for you or others.
